Zerus (Planet Achaiah)

StarCraft fan art, homeworld of the Zerg. In another universe, the planet is known as Achaiah. It is a very well-known planet in the galaxy but no one has been able to explore the planet and its system. In fact, no has even come near the planet's orbit - alive. It is said that those who dared visit the system are met with a sudden death from an unknown infestation. Also, those who sent robotics or unmanned spacecrafts were unsuccessful with little to no information sent back to them. Mid'gard even sent an armada to attack the planet but no one returned alive and no spacecraft even returned with useful information. Everyone in the galaxy agrees it is best to leave the system alone - there has been no reports of the organisms outside the Achaian system but some fear that one day - they will do.
